Preheat oven or toaster oven to 325°F.
Place cookie dough portions on ungreased baking sheet 2 inches apart. For easier cleanup, place on parchment paper.
Bake 11-13 min. for a soft and chewy cookie or bake 14-16 min. for a crispier cookie.
For extra salt flavor, top cookie dough before or after baking with flaky sea salt. Enjoy!
